This product contains EPA and DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are long chains of Omega 3 polyunsaturated essential fatty acids that are found in fish.
This product also contains vitamin A and vitamin D. Vitamin A contributes to normal cell differentiation, normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes, maintenance of normal vision and also contributes to normal iron metabolism.
Vitamin D is know to contributes towards the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, and also contributes to normal cell division.
